Description

Public conservation and city council land managed by the Omaui Landcare Charitable Trust - Currently, the major focus of the project is pest control covering over 200 ha of native bush to improve forest condition for New Zealand's native flora and fauna. There's easy public access to the ICC reserve and a longer walking track is under construction that stretches throughout the larger DOC scenic reserve.
