Description:
Successive working bees have cleared the beach of large broom, cotoneaster and Darwins barberry plants. Native plantings have been established and picnic tables installed. There is a self guided nature walk (books available at the local shop). Weedbusters aim to maintain the restored area and target other weed hotspots around the township. Much of the work is light weeding and volunteers are always welcome.
