Successive working bees have cleared the beach of large broom, cotoneaster and Darwins barberry plants. Native plantings have been established and picnic tables installed. There is a self guided nature walk (books available at the local shop). Weedbusters aim to maintain the restored area and target other weed hotspots around the township.
